- This offer is made by Origin Energy Retail Limited ABN 22 078 868
425 ("Origin Energy").
- This offer is exclusive to the Origin Energy LP Gas account holder
named on the application form ("the Customer") for the supply
of LP Gas to a private home and is not transferable. Customers of Origin
Energy Authorised Dealers for the supply of LP Gas must apply for the
offer through a participating Authorised Dealer.
- Acceptance of the offer by the Customer will be deemed to occur on
receipt by Origin Energy of the application form together with required
supporting documentation by Monday 31 July 2006.
- This offer is conditional on the Customer maintaining their Origin
Energy LP Gas account for a minimum 12-month period following application
of credit to the Customer account.
- This offer is conditional on:
a) the purchase and installation of a new LP Gas hot water system, heater
or cooker and connection to an Origin Energy LP Gas household supply
during the period 10 April 2006 and 15 July 2006;
b) the provision of receipts for purchase and proof of installation
of appliance(s) in the name of the Customer at the address where Origin
Energy LP Gas is supplied; and
c) the Customer being responsible for all appliance purchases and associated
installation costs.
- Payment of rebates will be made by crediting the Origin Energy LP
Gas account of the Customer named on the application voucher and corresponding
with Origin Energy’s records within 30 days of receipt by Origin
Energy of the application form and required supporting documentation
and Origin Energy being satisfied that the application complies with
these Terms and Conditions.
- Payment amount is inclusive of GST and represents the full amount
payable.
- Applications are limited to $150 per LP Gas hot water system for
a maximum of two; $75 per LP Gas heater for a maximum of two; and $30
for one LP Gas cooker purchased and installed.
- Payments will not be made to Customers with an account debit balance
greater than 90 days.
- In the event that the Customer closes their Origin Energy LP Gas
account, any unused credit will be forfeited.
- Origin Energy may decline or extend this offer at its discretion.
