Origin 2008 LP Gas Winter promotion

Terms and conditions

  1. This offer is made by Origin Energy Retail Limited ABN 22 078 868 425 ("Origin Energy").
  2. This offer is exclusive to the Origin LP Gas account holder named on the application form ("the Customer") for the supply of LP Gas to a private home and is not transferable. Customers of Origin Authorised Dealers for the supply of LP Gas must apply for the offer through a participating Authorised Dealer.
  3. Acceptance of the offer by the Customer will be deemed to occur on receipt of the application form together with required supporting documentation:
    1. if submitted to an Origin Authorised Dealer, by Friday 15 August 2008; or
    2. if submitted directly to Origin, by Friday 29 August 2008.
  4. This offer is conditional on:
    1. the Customer maintaining their account for exclusive supply of Origin LP Gas for a minimum 12-month period following application of credit to the Customer account;
    2. the purchase and installation of a new LP Gas hot water system(s) or heater and connection to an Origin LP Gas household supply during the period 1 April 2008 and 31 July 2008;
    3. the provision of receipts for purchase and proof of installation of appliance(s) in the name of the Customer at the address where Origin LP Gas is supplied; and
    4. the Customer being responsible for all appliance purchases and associated installation costs.
  5. Payment of rebates will be made by crediting the Customer's Origin LP Gas account within 30 days of receipt by Origin of the application form and required supporting documentation or establishment or continuation of the Customer"s account with an Authorised Dealer (as applicable), and verification that the application and/or documentation complies with these Terms and Conditions.
  6. Payment amount is inclusive of GST and represents the full amount payable.
  7. Applications are limited to $150 per LP Gas hot water system for a maximum of two and $75 per LP Gas heater for a maximum of two.
  8. For Customers purchasing LP Gas directly from Origin, payments will not be made where the Customer"s account debit balance is greater than 90 days and in the event that the Customer closes their Origin LP Gas account and does not establish a new LP Gas account at a new residential location at time of closure, any unused credit will be forfeited.
  9. Origin may decline or extend this offer at its discretion.
